It is JVM error 513... This indicates all the data and application have been deleted from the device. However, not to worry as it can be very easily restored.
You will have to re-install the Blackberry handheld software and restore the data from the backup file (if available). To re-install, you have to connect the device to your computer and run desktop manager > application loader. Go to the blackberry site and download the blackberry desktop manager. After this must have been downloaded on your computer, please run it and open it.
Connect your blackberry to your computer and initialize the Blackberry Desktop Manager and it would show connected once it is connected to your blackberry. You can click on the menu and go ahead to click on add and remove software to reinstall you device software.
