Google talk has a problem I'm trying to chat with my friend, both of us are logged in but he doesn't get the messages I'm typing in.

when you use a service like this it sends the message to a primary server like google.com
and if it cant reach the first server before you friend
it means you've got a problem with your internet connection
etheir bandwidth or your ISP

I.S.P stands for internet service provider

contact them and they explain what to do
