When inserting disc for back up, I receive the message, "Disc not formatted".
Dvd wr problem may be less not read....or try to new blank disk

u have wet and dry method choose one
or
if u are used to remove the cd-rom drive unscrew the cd-rom drive open it and clean the lens with a dampt cotton cloth then with a dry cotton cloth
