It works and i watch bbc but when i turn on my computer there is no icon in the tray.i do not turn it off so cannot understand why its not there.
The steps are a little different depending on which operating system that you are using. If you select the system tray or right-click it, you should get an option to 'Customize' system notification icons. You can then choose the options to hide or show various icons in the system tray.

Usually what has happened is that the Beeb blocks the ip#'s that anchor uses. Anchor then does a change and it shows up as ip#'s outside of that range and it works again. Until the next time.
I think the longest I have had anchor down was a bit over two weeks. Usually it is off for a day or so every few weeks. Just keep trying Anchor is are pretty good at getting it working again quickly.

Hi there !
You need to upgrade the flash player you are using because the website does not recognized it anymore or it needs higher version of flash player installed in your computer. I have same problem this before and it works.
I am sure it will solve your problem.
