The easiest way is to go to Microsoft website & log onto drivers. Choose the particular driver you are looking for, for what accessosy, like vga, sound, etc. Download to your hard drive & install it. Reboot after successful installation. Try the sound or set vga to newly installed driver. This may solve your problem.
