It could be covering the sensor. Clean the fuser oil sensor off and see if it goes away.

The Fuser oil like all consumables has a pre-determined value in the Nvram. .Check and reset oil counters in Pm Reset mode.Ps not just the pm reset but the oil counter reset value ,then reset machine and sc570 will disapear. Before this code arrived i would guess that oil level low was displayed and refilled but not reset.Typical non trained tech scenario catches em out every time

Ricoh Aficio 1224c error code SC 544

Well, I have no idea why changing your password would affect it this way. the code you're experiencing is a fuser warm up error, due to blown fuse, thermostsat, possible power supply prob...regardless, it can only be reset by a service tech in service mode once the problem is fixed. Sorry.

Aficio 1224c copier sc 571

SC 571 is a fusing error caused by not being seated properly or the oil sensor is coated with oil.

More than likely when the machine was move oil coated the senor in the fuser and it has to be taken apart to be cleaned.

Error code SC305 for Photocopier Ricoh Aficio 1224c

Its a charge corona cleaning error. Try turning the power off, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.

If that doesn't reset it, it could be the pcu, toner collected on the mechanism.

If turning it off and back on isn't fixing it, you should get a technician to look at it to see what the trouble is.

Error code SC305 for copier ricoh aficio 1224c

Hi,
This SC code relates to the charge corona cleaner not working or not working properly. the charge corona is located towards the bottom left of the machine after opening the front cover. It will have a screw you can undo by hand and a cable with an end like a telephone cable plug. toner may have fallen in to the unit or the motor that drives the cleaner along the wires has decided to jam up. remove the charge corona and blow it out with compressed air. You can also remove the end of the unit and check that the motor is not gummed up. Be very careful you do not break the hair thin corona wires! Hope this helps.
