Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
My copier ran out of fusing oil and has began displaying error code SC570, the fusing oil has been replaced but copier is still displaying the error code!!
It could be covering the sensor. Clean the fuser oil sensor off and see if it goes away.

The Fuser oil like all consumables has a pre-determined value in the Nvram. .Check and reset oil counters in Pm Reset mode.Ps not just the pm reset but the oil counter reset value ,then reset machine and sc570 will disapear. Before this code arrived i would guess that oil level low was displayed and refilled but not reset.Typical non trained tech scenario catches em out every time
