System error

I've been trying to arrange my menu list on my sendo x, but anytime i try it says 'system error' so i can't arrange my applications into folders, i can't even create a new folder. Please is there any code that i can use reset the phone and still keep some important things like my messages, wap configuration e.t.c. Thank you so much.

I have the same problem.

format the phone using *#7370#. This will clear all content.
