Question about HP Photosmart 3310 Printer
Well, I have had my 3310 for about two years and it looks like it is failing like the rest of the 3310s on this website. I replaced my ink cartridges and now it will print every color except Magenta. I've tried to reset the machine (multiple time) with no success. i've tried the "clean" print heads and the soft/hard buton resets, but to no avail. Do I need a new printer???
It seems that your cartridge nozzle is dryed out u can try to clean via the hp tool software or via the menu on your printer if that not works try a new one and if that is not working than call hp for support
