You need to use the model number of your pc.
Then go to IBM.com & click on Support & look
up your system for it's specifications. The driver
might be there in the downloads section.

Go to IBM's official website. Click on free drivers download. Select your model and operating system. Download drivers and install in your PC.

Try downloading the latest audio driver from this Lenovo support site: http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/us/en/DriversDownloads/drivers.html

Enter your Serial Number and all the drivers will be displayed in there. Click the Audio driver suited for your type of operating system.

Please Reinstall your Display Driver
Right Click on My Computer > Manage
on the Console Tree Click Device Manager
Expence Display Adapter, Right Click All Driver and Select Unistall Driver.
after that Reinstall Driver again.

You did not include the specific model of your IBM Thinkpad.

Nonetheless, pls open a browser and go to Google. Type IBM "ThinkPad" (less the quotes), enter. On the next page, scroll down to the bottom and click "Search within results". On the new page, type "ABCD" (less the quotes) drivers. Replace ABCD with your ThinkPad's type number which can be found at the sticker at the bottom of the laptop. Next display would be the drivers for your model. Try and locate the page that says "Lenovo Support & Downloads......." or the "www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/.....

If for some reason you can not still find the drivers, pls post back the laptop's type number (4 digits)
