Some mp3 players can be formatted by My Computer of Windows and after it the player can work correctly but the memory is empty and you have to copy media files to it. Unfortunately some other players must not be formatted in this way only using its menu. It seems your player can not work but don't worry, it can be repaired. You should define the type of your device exactly and then you will get instructions how to do this. Please reply. Thanks. gylacz

dont let your kids fall behind in technology, get them a mp3 player, or they will end up right here in the future asking about a cheap(gpx) crayola cd player

Hello, the best solution that I can give you is to look at the exact name of the manufacturer of your MP3, then go to their website, click on support, and there you should be able to download the drivers. I you cant get it there, kindly let me know.
