I have a Hanns.g 28 inch monitor it display no input singal video card is a GF 9600 GSO the monitor will power on but still display no input singal

Your GeForce 9600GSO may be malfunctioning. I suggest you unplug it, remove it, clean out any dust that may be in the PCI-Express slot (you can use a vacuum cleaner), then re-insert the graphics card and plug it back into your monitor. If this doesn't work then you'll need to either try another PCI-Express graphics card in the PC just to test whether it is:

1) The graphics card.
2) The other components such as mainboard, cpu, ram, etc.

If your don't have a spare graphics card then I suggest you take your PC down to tyour local PC shop and have a technician take diagnose the damage.

Hi! My Hp Pavillion a1710n desktop emits a series of never ending beeps every time I turn it on, and nothing appears on the monitor. I checked and the monitor is plugged in. I dont know what's going on.

The problem with RAM or DISplay card(It can be Moisture problem) or Processor Fan is not working properly. Open the CPU case, locate RAM, remove the ram by opening the both side clips. and put the RAM back as it is. If you have Graphics card on your CPU then remove the Graphics Card also and put it back as it is. Start the PC with opened case to check Processor Fan is Rotating or not. If Fan is not working properly then you have to replace the Processor FAN. Fan ok but same problem persists. you have to replace RAM with new one. as well as Graphics (Display) card.

When monitor is turned on it says no signal for a second or two. then screen goes black and stays that way. monitor and cord have been tested with another cpu and worked

then your pc's video card has likely gone bad. first try powering off the PC, wait 30 secs and power on again. If you still get no display, and you know the monitor is good, you have a bad graphics card or some other hardware fault in the PC.

My computer cant turn on and its making noises

Did you your CPU Fan inside, that's the one who make some noises inside.
If your computer is failing to start then check CPU inside, all the peripherals double check on it. From VGA Card, Memory and other devices, maybe its not properly connected inside. Good luck!

No display in monitor

Hi,
Was the monitor tested, that it is working before it was delivered to you? Because it was still under warranty. If your system unit open ( a beep sound hear ) wihen your new monitor was attached only that their is no display but the monitor has a power, means it needs a video card with a driver to be installed. If you have another monitor try it to your computer if the problem still the same.
That's all

My monitor's power light is on, but there is no display.

Something may be wrong with your video card. Or it could just be loose. Open your CPU, remove your video card (the PCI card where you attach the monitor cable) and reinsert it. Make sure that you remove static electricity from your hands by placing it onto the sides of your CPU casing before handling the video card.

NO display on Westinghouse monitor

Do you have any external graphic card to which the LCD monitor is connected?Or is it connected directly to an inbuilt graphic card on the mother board?

Another thing does the CPU power up?

No display on monitor

Hi, sounds like a problem with your base unit, might be a lose graphics card, a stick of memory might need taken out and put back in. shouldnt be expensive to fix. as that will give you the fault that you describe with the monitor. as the base unit aint posting, and the signal aint being recieved, if you have basic knowledge you should try taking out the graphics card and refitting it, usually does the job :-) All the best, John
