This dryer is a frigidaire electric dryer. In this video I show the belt location. It mounts around the drum. You must remove the front panel to replace it:

Rear bearing and drum coupler needs to be replaced
bearing kit part #WC5303281153 is available online from many parts stores. You may want to replace the belt at the same time while you have the unit apart. Also inspect the front upper drum felt if it is worn replace it. The whole repair time for me was about 45 minutes dryer now runs like new.
