Re: briefly explain the nature of the tech support job
Basically it's helping people with similar problems that are posted on this website! However, different companies focus on different things are their set up is obviously different. Usually support revolves around helping using with their applications such as MS Office and configuring email. More advanced Tech Support Jobs would have you manage SQL server or install and configure system wide changes to Anti Virus, for example.

Killiwatt hours used on your electric bill - if you're all electric. otherwise you'd have to convert natural gas/propane btu's to killiwatts and add to electric used for the month. If you live in an apartment and utilities are paid for, you may get the info you seek from your rental office.

You don't mean "serial no" but instead "product no" or "model no" of a Quantum Hi-Tech Merchandising (QHM) 500LM (500 kpixel, light-sensing, microphone-built-in?) webcam, as shown on the maker's web page: http://www.qhmpl.com/webcam.html
The maker of these products is located in India and their web site does not offer support with respect to driver downloads. I seriously doubt that any form of Windows comes equipped with special or even generic drivers and would detect this kind of webcam, so I suggest you contact the manufacturer somehow for support, or find the seller/distributor and ask for a solution.
