You can remove or change the Window's User or administrator's password. You need access to a computer with Internet access to download the Hiren's Boot CD and burn it onto a CD. Then insert this CD into the laptop/computer and boot up the laptop/computer with the Hiren's CD and follow the instructions. Your manual says if you can boot into windows then click Start/All Programs/Samsung/Samsung Recovery Solution

If you cannot boot into windows when you turn the computer on hit the F4 key.

This is most likely because your motherboard's driver is not installed. Head on to this site :
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/NP-R519
Click on "driver" and then download the file which says "Chipset". Make sure you download the one which matches your version of windows. Run it and restart your laptop. Your USB should work after that.

need to boot off restore disk to get back to factory setting,if you dont have disk contact manufacture
