Question about Televison & Video
We have a Panasonic CRT rear projection .
comes with faulty convergence STK IC, and i replaced both IC .
After that try to align the convergence but data lines are bent up and down, and when i align right side data on screen left side data moves. I've circuit diagrams of this TV and i found few 10ohm resisters burnt i replaced those resistors with same value.
finally i strongly belief the fault in micro processor of this convergence section unfortunately that spare is not available.
I'm back did you get any idea from my explanation..if yes please give me a feedback.

I was just working on replacing my stk's and was wondering if you could tell me what value the resistors are? Here is my previous post if you would like to see it. http://www.fixya.com/support/t191186-blue_out

No. If you already tried, you already know why. Repair on TVs require the exact parts. If you feel you can repair this, the suggestion is see the website,www.TvRepairKits.com. Here they can instruct very throughly. You will find photos to see what you will be working on. I have repaired several TVs using this web. Be sure you have the model number and the symptoms you describe. If you have any further questions concerning repair, ask me here. Thanks for asking and show a few hands of support.
