Belkin F5D77230-4 - connecting to modem

Hi,

It would seem that:
Your modem has only USB output;
Your Router has only Ethernet input with WiFi & 4 LAN port outputs; and
You want your laptop to be access the Internet through wireless connection.

There are USB to Ethernet converter/adapter, an example is shown here.

There are on the otherhand, comparable modems to what you have that provides both a USB and an Ethernet output such as the ProLink H9000 shown here .

Perhaps your best course of action is give your provider first a call and see if you can require them to replace your modem with another model/version, one that has an Ethernet output or a combination.

Alternately, a way can be configured if you have a desktop that has both a USB and Ethernet that we can set up as Gateway (but this is the long method).

Hope this be of some help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need further information.

Good luck and kind regards.

I lost my prolink web cam drivers and software

I am making the assumption that your web camera is the Prolink PC1320. If it is the try the following link:

http://www.prolink2u.com/downloads/drivers/accessories/PCC1320_Driver.zip

If this isn't the driver that you need, please let me know and include the model of the camera that you have. I will then find the correct driver/software for you. Binary Bob

Windows Vista CDMA 1X usb modem not working

I faced the same problem i installed it. But got through it. See if this works for you too:

1. You have to install the software you downloaded from the tata site or from the CD you got with the MODEM. Do this without attaching the MODEM to the laptop.

2. Once done, insert the MODEM into the USB drive. The Windows will automatically search drivers for USB MODEM and QualCoMM drivers and install it.

After it shows the success message, click the Tata Indicom Dialer and check. The problem should not appear again.
