No set up directions for my tech challenged self

Hi , I have never owned one of this gadgets but I suggest you replace its battery coz battery cells are damaged cant store voltage anymore or may be charging unit is damaged need to be checked.

Ummm... There isn't one. You plug it into a USB port to charge it up, (from other powered item, I use my laptop) it takes about an hour and a half. or w/Solaris® 4 USB - 2 to 3 hours. And whatever you are going to charge with it, (usually a smart phone) you plug into the port Standard USB or micro USB and charge up the phone. Good for one charge of a phone and then it must be recharged. I watched the video on their website before I ordered one, it may or may not make it clearer for you. Pulse 1500 Brunton

If you have the model, Ped Alarm - PE319, it doesn't have metric units. Correctly, Brunton sells one model programmed for metric and one with Imperial units. The units are fixed, and no conversion information is programmed into the units. The product web site doesn't come up correctly on my browsers: http://www.brunton.com/product.php?id=45. However a FAQ is available at http://www.brunton.com/faq.php . The manuals are also available here, for the Ped Alarm, click on Instruments and look in the list for that model (followed by .PDF).

SOLO Cards
You do these on your own. You can complete your four-in-a-row Cadoo only with a SOLO card.
How to play in teams
If you have more than four players, you can play Cadoo in teams. A team can be any number of people, from one to four or more.
In teams, game play works almost the same. When it’s your team’s turn, roll the die and draw your SOLO or COMBO card. If your team rolls a SOLO, you and your teammates do the challenge on the card together. The other teams watch and check your answer. If your team rolls a COMBO, choose one player on your team to do the challenge while all the other teams try to guess. (The people on your team don’t guess.) If another team shouts out the correct answer, both teams place tokens on the board.

Be the first to get a four-in-a-row Cadoo and you win! But you can win only on a SOLO card! Say you have three tokens in a row and you roll a COMBO. You can still do the COMBO, and you still get to place tokens if you succeed–you just can’t choose the spot that would complete your Cadoo. Only a SOLO card gives you a chance to go for that fourth winning spot.
Roll the die to see which kind of card you get–SOLO or COMBO.
Draw your own card and read it out loud so everyone can hear you. Your card tells you what to do and how to place tokens if you succeed.
Start the timer when you’re ready to begin your Cadoo challenge. Can you beat the timer? Congratulations!
Pass the die to the player on your left. Your turn ends after one card.
Object of the Game
Be the first to get a Cadoo (four tokens in a row–across, up, down, or diagonally) and win!
If You Succeed On a Solo Card
Way to go! Put one token on any open spot. No one can place a token on top of yours.
If You Succeed On a Combo Card
Excellent! You put one token on any open spot, and the player who shouted out the right answer puts a token on top of yours. Both of you can use that spot to go for your four-in-a-row Cadoo. If nobody guesses correctly, you may not place tokens on the board.

Same problem, different rig. Bought a bronco with a Kenwood KDC 516s in it, Guy had put a new optima battery in it CODE_ _ _ _  appeared and he has no clue what the "code" is. I have no "remote" and no desire to buy a "remote" for a #$%@ car stereo. Is there any way for me to re-set the code w/out the expense of a remote or a fee from a tech?? the musically challenged, Brew
P.S. The owners manual under the "accessory" section  mentions the KDC x617/v-6017 remotes but fails to mention a remote for the 516s??
