How do I enable my scroll bar on the keypad??

I trust that you understand that scroll bars are only visible if more than 1 page is to be displayed. If you have magnified a particular page, the scroll bar may be outside the view of the screen - on the right side, Scroll to the left until you see the right border.
Perhaps you are referring to the touchpad.
The scroll feature on the touch pad is not visible. You enable the touchpad by tapping twice on the upper left corner of the touchpad. A lite will appear in that corner when the touchpad is ON.
Then the scrolling feature is enabled on the right side of the touchpad. Simply run your finger up and down the right side of the touchpad. For more information, refer to the User Guide here:

How to change email font size back to a smaller size?

Hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard and roll the mouse wheel (or use the little scroll areas of a touchpad) to zoom in & out.

Text, Icons and Bars set at 500% cannot change

Hook up a mouse with a scroll wheel if you have one, hold down the ctrl key on your keyboard then scroll down on the mouse wheel. See if that works. If it's your desktop that is big as well, right click the desktop, click where it says screen resolution and change it to make it smaller. If that doesn't work let me know and we will try something else for you.

The scroll bar in my laptops' touch pad isn't working.

The scroll on your laptop is controlled by the trackpad installed on the system.

If you are having problems with the scroll on your laptop's trackpad, there is something you can do before you take it into a computer repair shop.

Updating the driver to the trackpad will enable the scroll if it is not working at all.

Once the driver is updated, your scroll should work again.

You can access the driver through the Device Manager on your laptop.

Click the "Start" button, then click the "Search" option.

Type "Device Manager" into the search bar and press the "Enter" button.

Click on the "Device Manager" icon from the menu, then scroll down to the "Track Pad" icon on the left side of the screen.

Click on the icon, then click the "Driver" tab at the top of the window. Click the "Update" driver option from the window.

Wait for the new driver to install on your computer.

This should take about two minutes to complete.

A window will appear telling you that the driver has been installed.

Put your fingers on the touchpad to move the mouse around on the screen.

Hope this helps.

Hey i have a sony vaio notebook and am having trouble scrolling down on an open page that is too big for the screen some pages have no down arrows on the side and was wondering if any one could help thanks

    Hi,

Check if the Scroll Lock button is on or off. ( If you hit the Scroll lock button, the light will glow, it means its On )
Turn it off and you should be able to scroll.

If this does not help, the file or page you are viewing should have a HAND option to let you view the page or browse through it without the arrow keys

Have a Satellite P 305D-S9800; scoll bar will not pull down by mouse or touch pad; as soon as I let go it jumps back to the top please help

The "Touchpad is very sensitive; if you look while scrolling, the "scroll-bar" will turn (Blue), click on the ("scroll-bar"), until it turn "Gray." Note: "You ca use the Pointer Device / Touchpad without using the Scroll-bar, basically anywhere on the screen; ("bottom scroll-pad" = left to right"), and ("right -side edge scroll-pad = up & down").
