8 zeros is the default...if no luck try to reset e2p ,*2767*3855#...

sms messages deleted from inbox gets temporarily stored in the deleted message folder (analogous to recyle bin)..
Go to ur inbox..click 'menu'---->folders(6)---->deleted items--->delete the messages permanently from there.

You can format the B7320 in three simple steps. Be careful and take a backup of your data (contacts messages and files) before you format.

1) go to start-->settings. In settings select more-->select security and then select more--> Select master clear..
2) The default password is 0000.
3) Select device that you need to format or reset to factory. Selecting device would restore your phone to factory installation. All your data will be erased.
