Question about Euro-Pro F1066 Deep Fryer
Go to google and put instructions for model ???? ?? ??? and you should be able to get them there. Normal operating temp is 325-350. The important thing when cooking fish, chicken and other poultry is to reach an internal temp of 165 deg after cooking. Fries doesn't really matter. Cook to personal preference. It is a good idea for everyone to have a bi therm thermometer to check cooking temps. This is where most food borne bacteria occurs. Most are undercooked or left out at room temp for 4 hours or more.

But as a rule of thumb
potatoes (any type 375%)
chicken and fish 325% to 350%
In most cases when deep frying...when it floats its done! should be a golden brown....fill oil to top of fill line
