I would Google the model number carefully for "problems" "no sound" and usually this set will display some kind of error code===it may even have a hard reset to try===service manuals are available on the net/web to allow you to see how the sound circuit is set up etc.
I have got a Finlux plasma television and i cant find my instructions. I have just been given a play station 2 and i have put it all correct in my television but its not coming up on my screen. I dont know what channel to put it on, please can you help me!?
Try plugging into the Component Two jacks (down along the left side). I couldn't figure out mine either, so was resorting to unplugging and plugging in the game when I wanted to play. I had the DVD in those jacks originally. Now the TV is stuck, not responding to either the remote or it's own buttons (except off and on), so we are switching 3 different types of entertainment in the same jacks. It'll work for the time being.
First off you will need a remote that has the ability to operate your ILO TV. www.remotes.com has a replacement that will work for you. As you will need to access the inputs for your TV to receive the signal from your Philips unit

if that does not work then call Sony at 1-800-345-7669 (SONY) Mon - Sat 6:00AM - 8:00PM PST Sun 7:00AM - 6:30PM PST
I moved and the manual and remote got lost. I bought a ONE FOR ALL remote that has the iLO printed on the add but I can't get the tv to work, I tried all the codes but nothing worked. How can I get a manual from the computer to work this iLO tv, which I am unable to use. Maybe I should have purchased a Sony.
The Ilo can only play 30 seconds of video per clip. I'm afraid the only real workaround is to trim the video down to 30 second segments and number them in sequence so that the videos play relatively seamlessly.
Thankfully, Ilo had the foresight to include a CD-rom with video editing software on it to allow you to do this, but any video editing program that can manage AVI formats will work.
