Hi,
What does that mean exactly? Does it not eject? Does it not read DVD's or CD's? When did it work last? Did it ever work? What kind of PC is this?

-   I have the same problem on my emachines w3080. When I insert the DVD I have to manually start it, the DvD logo populates, when I hit start it the screen goes to the DVD menu for about a half of a sesond, says play then stops. It goes back to the DVD logo. It won't allow the menu to stay up for me to start the DVD.-   cr8t_ve
