Question about Apple iPod touch
Your issue here is twofold. FIrst you need to get the music off your ipod. Use iDump for this - it's free - we like free!
Second you want it to come up in my computer - To do this, after you've backed up all the music using iDump, connect your ipod to the very latest version of iTunes. Select your device on the left hand menu then on the main iTunes screen, at the bottom check the 'Enable Disk Use' box then click Apply. It should now show up in My Computer.
