Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I've seen some HP printers become very testy about deleting print jobs... One thing you can try is using the printer and Windows at the same time.
Power off the printer
On your PC, go to Start => Settings => Control Panel
Then choose the Printers icon (wording may be different depending on your version of Windows)
Double-click the Printers icon
Double-click your Printer
When the dialog box opens, click on Printer (upper left corner)
Click Cancel All Documents
The status should change to Deleting...
Once the print job goes away, turn the printer back on.
If that doesn't work, let me know and we'll try something else. If this solves the problem, please rate the solution.
