Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

No Microsoft office publisher in my pc

Hello:
Your question only indicated that you had Windows XP Pro, but not which Microsoft Office product you have. 'Microsoft Office Publisher is part of the Microsoft Office suite. You can either purchase Publisher by itself, or the entire suite.
You can download a trial and/or buy the suite on this page: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/products/get-microsoft-publisher-FX102159668.aspx

Office Pro 03 CD won't load

Seems your disk has lost its ability to retain data. Usually poor quality disks do this after 2 to 6 years from my experience. Also its possible that the disk is outright BAD. Check the underside for any pit holes or scratches to confirm this. Got scared the first time I saw this. Also, if data CD, you CDRW may fail to write without any prompts. So you store an empty disk as if it contains data.

Can locate publisher

According to the product specs., Office Pro 2007 did not come with Publisher: Read:
In addition to the core Office XP programs - Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint - Office XP Professional includes Microsoft Access 2002, the Office XP database solution that helps users store, access, and analyze their data.
You have to purchase Publisher.
But good news, You can download OpenOffice from www.openoffice.org. It is free and comes with a Publisher compatible program. OpenOffice.org boasts two mid-level layout programs -- Draw and Writer -- each of which is far more versatile than its name suggests. You may have to go through the tutorial but it Free. and works well in windows.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
Thanks, Joe

Office XP Pro

The "Normal" template opens whenever you start Word, and it includes the default settings for your new documents... as well as any customizations you may have opted for along the way. Sounds like your version of the normal template now includes the text of this document.

On the File menu, click Open, and then navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\user name\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates and look for "Normal.dot". You may need to change the Files of Type drop box to "Document Templates" to see it.

Open the file, select all the text you see there and delete it. Save the file and close it. You should get clean pages now when you open a new document.

Alternatively, you can use Windows Explorer to navigate to that same directory and delete the entire Normal.dot file. MS Office will simply create a fresh one when you launch Word again.

Hope that helps!
Good luck.

Sometimes you can only load office programs up three to fives times before it doesn't install.

Try uninstalling Publisher and reinstall just Publisher into the computer.
