Question about HP Pavilion dv6000z Notebook
When my computer starts up, I get two messages. HP advisor has stopped working and Windows Host Process Rund ll32 has stopped working. What is wrong and how can I get it fixed?
Does the messages affect the operation of the computer? is there internet hooked up to that computer? if so have you been doing all the updates that are available for the computer this includes the optional updates? the other thing you can try is contact windows tech support and they can help you out also. i found a solution for windows host process you can go to this web site:http://support.microsoft.com/kb/953916/en-us?sd=gn
copy and paste it at the top of your screen. and so far there is on cure for the hp advisor not working. i checked all over the windows website and they have got a cure yet. hope this helps you, let me know.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
