Forgot windows login passwords isn't really a serious problem. I know a super easy method to recover lost windows login passwords, only need to create a bootable disk or USB flash drive to reset forgotten windows password, I have made a bootable CD with the tool Windows Password Seeker and reset my admin password successfully. You could Google windows password seeker or check out their official website: http://www.passwordseeker.com
Log into your computer as administrator to do this. Most likely the password is Administrator, Admin or something like that and the password will be either blank or the same as the user name 'Administrator' or 'Admin'. Once logged in as administrator you can change the computer passwords and users accounts.

The BIOS password is probably the Power On Password. This method may not work. Remove the BIOS battery for 20 mins until the charge in the BIOS is depleted. Insert the BIOS battery go into the BIOS setting and set the Date and Time etc. If this does nor work then the BIOS password is stored on an EEPROM chip and removing the BIOS battery won't work and there is probable no backdoor passwords. The Sony support maybe able to offer a solution, check the support WEB site..
There is no generic BIOS password. If there is one on your computer then someone set it up. If you cannot find that person or remember what it is then you need to reset the BIOS. To reset the BIOS you need to remove all power from the system. Then you will need to open up the notebook to get access to the motherboard to find the BIOS battery which will look like a large watch battery. Remove that for about 1 minute. Then replace everything and start up again.
Use the arrow keys to highlight the "Load BIOS Defaults" menu option. Select it by pressing "Enter."
Highlight "Load BIOS Defaults" again and hit "Enter." This
will reset all of the settings of your Vaio's BIOS back to their
original factory defaults. You can now select "Save Changes and Exit" to
exit the BIOS.
I can unlock ANY SONY VAIO bios password
