I have a Diplomat Select 910 Double electric Integral oven. It looks like I could open the bulb cover from the inside of the oven but I do not want to force it and break the cover.
The cover is on the left hand side of the inside of the bottom oven.

Hi, If your electric oven is not heating then you probably have a bad heating element in your oven. This is not that hard to fix yourself... Check out this tip that I wrote about the Oven not heating problem..
Eventually I have tracked down the manual on ebay-it is available through the seller 'usbdesarch' who appeared to have a selection of manauls available. If I can post a copy on here when I recieve it I will though I'm not sure how to upload a PDF? Any ideas how I would make this available to the widest audience? I have no website to host the file from.
there are more than one type of bulb for these ovens, the most important thing is that you get one that is rated to withstand temperature of 300oC, or they will shatter with the heat.
Plz rate my solution.
