I am not sure which country you are in, but in Australia your divert depends on your phone carrier not your model. If your carrier and call plan supports call forward you just dial their set number and follow the prompts to turn on or off.
What you want to do is to activate the call forwarding feature offered by your phone company. Different phone companies have different procedures. With many companies you dial *72 then at the second dial tone dial the number to forward to. This number has to answer the call to activate call forwarding. For precise instructions please contact your telephone company.
*7102 followed by the ACCESS CODE then the number and STORE or ENTER, but your phone system has to be programmed to allow call forwarding off premise. The access code is usually "9" to get an outside line.
u can divert ur calls easily. Just go to settings, nd then u'll be getting a call settings. open call settings, there u'll find call divert. select call divert feature now select divert all voice calls, now feed the number u want to divert upon. that's it, hope its helpful to u thanks.
go to Menu -> settings -> phone / call settings --> call management / call diver. Provide the criteria like when the call to be diverted (if busy/ if unreachable / roaming / etc) . But your network operator should allow this so as to enable call divert to other numbers.
normally this feature is enabled by the phone co. this allows you to activate and de activate the call divert so call the phone co and ask them is this feature enabled on your line and what are the codes you use to turn feature on/off i am referring of course to a single business line and not a pabx environment...i hope this helps in some small way
