Re: when i write on the ds touchscreen it just squigles
If you have a screen protector on it change it!
The bottom screen is two parts the LCD display and on top of that is the actual touch screen. I bought a bunch of the touch screens just for these problems the screen and installation will only cost $19. I will be more than happy to share more information if needed. please contact me at email@example.com

Hi, If that DS has been opened by any tech, they are supposed to give warranty. Bring back that DS to the one that repaired it and tell them that it was charging before you brought it to them, otherwise you could complain that some part have been( hopefully not ) replace mistakenly from another DS. Hope that helps!
Hahahahaha that is how it works but if you go to the little DS at the bottom of the touch screen and tap it there will be a fixer manual use it and when you are done the system will shut off and just turn it on again and also the touch screen is the most important thing on your ds so keep it scratchless and clean! On some games the top screen is an important thing and somtimes it doesnt show anything
If you have droped it, you probobaly knocked the screen from the touchpad. Dont worry, you can fix this. All you have to do is go into the bottom of the ds with a screw driver. Then move the screen back into place. If your scared you shouldnt be. Its very easy to fix and you wont screw up your ds unless you pull of the sreen but that is very hard to do.
Sounds as though you need to either
1) sell it as a faulty unit and get yourself another one,
2) send it off for repair or
3) buy yourself a new touchscreen and fit it yourself (only recommended if you're happy tinkering about in small electronics with small screwdrivers and can get a tri-wing screwdriver).
on the top right hand side of the screen just under the front there are four or five contact pads this is where the touch screen get the info from the touch screen to the ds itself if you have taken the ds apart maybe the pads are slightly out of line this can be fixed by applying light pressure to the pads to make them stick down and get a proper contact
