Question about Baumatic F60 Stainless Steel Kitchen Hood
We just had a baumatic ISL91.1SS hood put in and it was put in by an electrician. I turned on the light today and the red light came on but no lights. The bulbs appear fine and the fans work ok what could the problem be?

take out switch assemby and check if the track of the pcb is blown - caused by the bulb goiung. you can often repair by soldering in wire links. bet you have 12a fuse in system - should be 3a. track has blown instead of the fuse

Sounds like it was the main fan motor - that caused the lights to blow in the first place.
Isolate from supply, and get the fan motor checked out. If it is burnt out (inside) you will need a replacement.
Hope this helps.

It was probably a defective bulb that tripped a circuit breaker in your house panel. Check the breakers and replace the bulb.
