Note: if the TV is a 20F512T, it was built by TTE for RCA in ~2006. The URC3220 was programmed in early 2006. This may mean that your remote doesn't have the code for your TV. Universal remotes usually only have codes for devices released 6 months or more before the remote was programmed. You may need a newer remote.

I was looking for hours online, I looked on these kinds of sites at least twenty times and tried all the suggested codes and websites and it didn't work, but I finally used 0171 for my URC-3220 universal remote control and it worked :).
