Question about Computers & Internet
Windows XP for the second time does not recognize my One Touch 4 500GB external drive. It WAS working just fine. The diagnostic says all is well with the drive, but MY COMPUTER registers only a LOCAL DRIVE that cannot be accessed. I cleared the problem once but don't know how I did it. HELPCJ Clemens
I had same problem.
transfer hard drive to a new enclosure.
you can use any enclosures of your choice,as long as h-d fits it.
average prices are 20-50$

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
