My HP Laserjet 2200dtn keeps printing out blank paper and will not stop printing. Every 2-3 pages it jams in the output tray and then after I remove the jammed paper it continues to just print blank paper. The green light is flashing, but does anyone have any ideas what this means? I tried doing a cold reset already, but after the attention light comes on it just continues to spew out blank paper.

You need to try a thicker paper, Heavier stock to double print the page. Slightly more expensive. Recycled paper typically will not work for this type of function. I had this same problem and found this was the only solution.
you must clean separation roller whit wet cloth or alcohol.
Remove Tray 2, look for blue (usualy) cylinder feed rubber on it and clean
P.S You can clear paper feed roolers too (look at printer bottom after removing Tray 2) using same way!

HI there make sure that the paper tray guides are fully against the paper also try sending the job through the manual feed to see if you get the same problem. If you do not then it maybe that the paper cassette separation pad is worn and will need replacing. If your model has no rubber pad at the front of the cassette then you will have a metal hold over one corner of the paper make sure that when the paper lifts that the paper sits under the silver (Dog Ear) as this acts as a separator.
