I have a Starbucks Barista (Saeco?) espresso machine that does notdispense water from the boiler. The pump and boiler do work and I candispense hot water or steam through the wand. But I can not get waterto come out where the coffee is. I have taken off the metal screen andcan see the rubber seal/gasket but I don't see anything obviouslywrong.
When I push the button to make espresso the pump runs normal for a second or so and then it sounds like it is having trouble moving the water, but if I open up the wand valve the pump easily moves water through the wand. I'm not sure if water is running back into the water container, but I don't think I head it doing that.
Is there a way to dismantle the boiler to look for blockage or seized parts?
I also ran diluted vinegar through the machine (wand) trying to break up any calcium/lime buildup but it seem to have had no effect.
Thanks, Johnny

- I should also note that machine does slowly drip hot water when the espresso button is presses.
