Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
When someone say that his/her Xbox is having red lights
problem, It means it needs to be repaired. If you are using Cooler than
it is not a cure but a prevention. You could have used cooler before
acutally having the problem just to prevent your Xbox. But now you will
have to either get it repaired from Microsoft (in case your Xbox's
warranty is not expired, but one thing to note is that you will have to
wait for at least 3-4 weeks to get back your Xbox) or you can Fix your
Xbox's 3 Flashing red lights problem yourself with the help of DIY Video guide available on Internet. You can fix yourself without any technical knowledge.

I was able to solve my RRoD problem using the overheat method.
I just left my xbox on for about an hour, turned it off and disconnected it completely then pushed gently on the sides (The largest ones).
I then left it for another hour and reconnected it. It hasn't broken since then.
This might not be 100% effective so if this doesn't work i'd advise you keep patient and send it off.

Three red lights is informally known as the RRoD or red ring of death. It's a common misconception that this means that your GPU has automatically malfunctioned. Personally my xbox has done it three times. If the light on your power supply is RED not GREEN, spray it out with keyboard duster or any other type of canned air, and you will be back up and running in no time.

Try to disconnect everything from it and leave it alone for like 10 min an then connect every thing back.
