Is the same thermostat activating the fan? You may need to change it.

Why would a torpedo heater fan turn backwards? every time I start my all pro 115,000 heater the fan starts to spin counterclockwise and the heater wont ignite. But when manually spin the fan blade clo

If the fan has a 'run' capacitor, in rare cases, a faulty capacitor will cause a single phase motor to start in reverse. In most cases a faulty capacitor will cause the motor to only hummmm and not start or start slowly running the right direction then overheat and shut off.

See if there is a capacitor, change it first. If that doesn't fix it it sounds like its time for a new motor.

Heater glow plug ignites and blower comes on but no fuel ignition. After a few seconds the motor cuts off and glow plug goes out.

You should check for fuel flow. Remove the top of the heater. Watch out for the fan and turn the heater on. Look for fuel spraying from the nozzle with a flashlight. If there isn't any, clean the fuel nozzle and check your fuel filter. If this doesn't get your fuel flowing, check the air pressure going to the fuel nozzle. You will need to connect a pressure guage one of the ports on the airfilter cover. The plug with a small hole in it is for adjusting the air pressure. Remove the other plug and install an air pressure guage (0-15 psi). The air pressure you need should be listed on the label on the heater. If you can't get that pressure, check the air filter. Let me know what you find if this doesn't get you going and I will give you some other things to check.

Master 110 torpedo heater will not start , kerosene type

Odds are, your air pump is locked up. Remove the cover on the back of the fan motor, remove the pump cover and carefully remove the air pump rotor and blades. If the motor spins freely and will start when plugged in, the pump housing plates probably have a bit of corrosion on them. Lightly clean the pump housing end plates with fine grit sandpaper, wipe clean and re-assemble. Should fix the problem. Does the breaker trip when this happens?
