Question about Kodak EasyShare C340 Digital Camera
I have put in new batteries, and a new memory card. When I turn it on it the green light comes on but changes to red. and that's it. The screen won't light up you can't take a picture. I never dropped it and it's not that old. Hope someone can help.
I used a pencil eraser and to clean all of the battery contacts - and then it started working.

Yes I had the exact same problem, the batteries need to be charged, and make sure there NI-MH rechargeble or CRV3.

CRV3 OR NI-MH RECHARGEABLE ARE CORRECT BATTERY, TRY TO GET TWO IN A SLEEVE.
