Hi,

SOURCE: CAN NOT PLAY;LICENSE HAS EXPIRED......

do you still pay for your napster service, if not, that why your tracks have expired, if you do, then just hook up your mp3 player to your PC and it should update the licenses on the tracks

if you dont pay for napster anymore, one thing that maybe worth trying is setting the clock on your PC back to a date prior to the subscription expiration date and try playing a few songs without being connected to the internet. If the PC is not online, Windows has no way of telling if the time change is to correct a wrong time or deliberate.

I am not sure what Windows Media Player does when the expiration comes. If it modifies the song itself, then it may still be possible to play songs that you haven't tried playing after the expiration date if you set the clock back.

However, if Windows Media Player logs that the licenses have expired in its license database, then there is pretty much no hope in reactivating them by setting the clock back. Much like setting the clock back on expired shareware software

Finally, if you are willing to resume your Napster subscription, then chances are that your music will re-activate once your subscription is live.

SOURCE: HELP ME PLEASE with my "sony walkman NWZ-B105F MP3 PLAYER."

make sure your downloading it to the right folder on the mp3 player its usualy the music folder or you can try and use windows media player here are some instructions for that option.
--**Windows Media Player**--
If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.

SOURCE: When I go to listen to my mp4, it says

I started to have the same problem today and was also getting a "Library Error Encountered...." message. I was able to resolve it by Formatting my player. I lost all my data and settings but now I can put music on it again. To format your player go to the Home menu-Settings-Common Settings-Format

The instructions are useless, unit does not work according to their instructions. Have downloaded music, synced the unit, still cannot hear music. Tried everything. Can you help.

All songs must be in MP3 or WMA format in order for the player to load any of the songs to play. If songs are in any other format (MP4, ACC) they must be converted to MP3 in order to work. Instructions are on the Intova website how to convert music to MP3 if needed. If the songs that are loaded onto the player are in MP3 format when you press the play button you should see a yellow indicator light meaning the music is playing. If this light does not come on there may be an issue with the player. If this light does come on but you still cant hear any sound then the headphone wires may be damaged. If there is an issue with the player or headphones manufacturer Intova will be happy to help get you back in the water. Please contact Intova at info@intova.net for further assistance. Thank you.

I have a 2gb mp3 player i upload songs from my computer and then go to listen to them and nothing plays or works.the green light will be on and when i press the play button it blinks three times and still...

Some mp3 players will not play songs if you just drag and drop stuff on them. You will need to sync your music using some kind of software(ex:Itunes for Apple Ipods and Iphones). If you can just let me know the brand and model of your mp3 player, I can help you find the appropriate software to sync it with your computer.

Sai.

The songs are in the wrong format or do not have sufficient play rights. Redownload the song in mp3 format and try again.

Only 2 suggestions here: 1) Make sure your HOLD switch is not enabled. 2) Try to update the firmware If neither of these work, time to send the unit back to Sandisk

My Sansa e250R, 2 gigs, froze. Help!

It seems like your E250R is experiencing a temporary system error due to a corrupted song, and needs to be reset. Try to "Soft Reset" your player, press and hold the "Menu" button until the LCD light and scroll wheel light turn off. Since the player was probably left on for more than 7 hours (as you indicated), you would need to re-charge the player before proceeding further. Charge it for at least 2-3 hours. Next, try to format the player to rid of any corruption then re-transfer the songs. If you have subscription songs, then I would suggest to delete the song you last played which caused the error. I hope this helps. There is another solution for the player, but for now this might actually resolve the issue. Let me know the results. :)

I HAVE NO IDEA

Try removing the battery and make sure the player is getting powered up when connected via USB. I've found that it sometimes behaves a bit funny if you turn the player of when it's busy playing a song (instead of stopping play first).
