If you haven't done so already, try installing the driver that came with the keyboard (if it came with one) or check in the support section of the manufacturer website for drivers for it. Also check to see if there are driver updates that fix the problems you're having if you already have the appropriate driver installed. Alot of times the manufacturer releases updated drivers for devices that they've found problems with after it hits the market. You should also double check to make sure the "F Lock" is on if you haven't already done so.

I'm not sure what keyboard you have but there should be an "Fn mode", "Mode" or similar button on your keyboard, it should be the same color as the function icons on your other keys. This is usually used to toggle between the different modes. If this doesn't work or only works while your holding it down then you'll need to find the setting software for your keyboard. It's most likely in with your other programs or in Control Panel, some will put an icon in your task tray that you can double click or right click to access them.
REALLY DEPENDS ON THE AGE OF THE MOUSE AND HOW OFTEN YOU USE THE RIGHT CLICK FEATURE. LIKE MYSELF I USE IT CONSTANTLY. UNFORTUNATLEY IF THE RIGHT CLICK NO LONGER FUNCTIONS AND YOU USE THE MOUSE ALOT LIKE ME THE MOUSE IS SIMILAR TO A KEYBOARD IN THAT IT HAS ONLY SO MANY TACTILE TOUCHES BEFORE IT HAS WORN ITSELF OUT. YOU CAN HOWEVER GO TO CONTROL PANEL IN YOUR OP SYSTEM UNDER MOUSE ETC AND DIAGNOSE A SOFTWARE INCOMPATIBILITY BY RECALIBRATING THE MOUSE. IF THIS DOES NOT WORK IT IS MOST LIKELY TIME FOR A NEW MOUSE.
Your mouse might have had an internal receptor problem, meaing it can not read the signal from the adapter. This sometimes happens with wireless products. Contact Toshiba and they should give you a new one free of charge since it seems it was a faulty product. Rate me if this helps!
