Hey there and welcome to FixYa:

In order to align your print cartridges, all you need to do is:

1. load some letter sized paper in the paper tray

2. open the printer software that came with your printer

3. Click FILE, then PRINT

4. next, go ahead and click PROPERTIES (sometimes labeled PREFERENCES)

5. click the FEATURES tab, and then click the PRINTER SERVICES button. This opens up the printer toolbox.

6. Click ALIGN THE PRINT CARTRIDGES

7. Click ALIGN, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

This will print a test page that aligns that printer cartridges and calibrates the printer. Easy, huh?

Here is the manual
, and if you need anything else don't hesitate to ask!

Happy Holidays,

I have problem that on my hp 1220 deskjet ar blinking all of buttons. I mean buttons for power, buttons for parer and button for cartrige and don't printing anything. How can I fix this?

Hi, This is the problem of cartridge mostly. You may need to replace the cartridges. Check the cartridges and make sure that the cartridges are not blank or not get the ink dry. Clean the printing head 2-3 times. Align the cartridges and clean the nozzles also. Reset your printer and remove all pending print job. If it doesn't solve your problem then replace the cartridges.

How to align my HP DeskJet 694C ink cartridge

Hi, have you tried another cartridge? Sometimes if a cartridge has been sitting around for a while, they become blocked with dry ink and print quality gets poor.
