I have a HP laser jer 1300 and a office jet 7300, neither will print anything form the internet. I have tried everything and nothing helps. In the printer properties I have marked to print direct to printer. Please help

- I have an HP Officejet 5600 series and I have a document in the "printing queue" which I can not delete. I have tried to 'cancel' and 'delete' it and it is not working. I would really like to be able to print but until that document is deleted, I can't get it to work. Please help..- ethcas12
