Except for the lights my entire range is... (by 4 users)

our whirlpool super capacity 465 electric oven/range has a similar problem. the lights and display all work, but the oven nor the range will heat up. any solutions?

My Dacor smooth top range is not working at all EXCEPT for one light at the Main Dacor Logo below all the individual burner switches. This unit is 12 years old but normally works perfect. I toggled the main breaker, which was not affected by this. That's all I'm comfortable with.

What does this mean? My model is not marked with a #, but it's a 5-burner black-top and the only paperwork the seller left was a flyer with a model # of CET 3658, which is has manual knobs for burners, and mine is all touch-pad.
Can anyone help me?

we have a similer problem. when the stove is turn on, one of the two lights is out and the cook top is got have the power only. please notify me with a solution.
