I cannot make a call - there are 2 phones in our office and only one line. If I start making a call using the handset, the other phone in the office starts ringing after I have entered the first 3 numbers - what am I doing wrong?
I have another phone plugged into the wallbase so I can call out in the meantime? Any ideas?

I have the same problem.

I guess one of the two phones may have opened the locked-extension phone function!
