Where does the HDD Led, Power SW, Reset SW, and Power LED plugs go on the ECS GeForce6100SM-M motherboard

You'll need the manual for this MB. If you do not have it you can download it from the link provided;

You'll also need Adobe reader to view the manual. Download Adobe here; http://www.adobe.com/products/reader/
Open to page 12 and zoom in with Adobe if needed. See pages 4 and 5 for location of, PANEL1.
Wire colors do vary from case to case. Colored wires are more often positive where white is common for negative. As you look at you're case wires you will find one color in common with most of the jumpers. This common color will be positive.
The internal speaker wire colors are red for positive and black for negative.

I try to connect my ECS Motherboard one again but

you may have misplaced the power switch connections which come from front pane to the mother board
there are many of them like pwr switch, reset switch
hdd led etc
check *********** board it will be indicated where to connect the pwr switch pwr led etc
