Recently every time i send data whether it is txt or a phone call my screen goes white. for a while. does this mean it is sending the data somewhere else. or is my screen just broke conveniently at these times?

got to the security menu and perform a master reset...this should stop the duplication for at least a day or so......if it continues you must contact your provider to have them reset your MDN on their SMS system.......all that means is they will delete your ability to send txt for a few seconds and resubmit a query to their system to have sms ability...........now you should be good to go. most service providers have seen this before and should understand the process or refreshing your sms and data settings
first, make sure your Razr has no physical or water damage. If it's a T-Mobile phone, there will be a red sticker on the phone behind the battery. That indicates the phone as been exposed to water damage. Could mean the phone is shorting out on you. Now, I would suggest if the is NOT water damaged, to powercycle (turn off and on the phone) daily. Just off for about 30 seconds. Not long at all. If the white screen continues, do a master reset. Settings, -intial set up-master reset-code is 1234 or if you put in a different security code. This will work!
Hi, before sending it in or taking it to a
Motorola repair station, try this. Open phone turn it over so camera is facing you with finger behind and thumb of your right hand sweeze the area between camera lens and the vol up down button to reseat the ribbon connector that is located in that area between the cases. This worked for me and it is worth trying.
This worked for me - I had to do it several times because I never figured out whether to start with the phone "off" or "on".
Press # * and the "end call (red)" buttons simultaneously and hold for several sections. Then power phone off and back on. I read this was the equivalent of "safe mode" booting for a RAZR. My phone has performed flawlessly since I did this on the 6th of February!

what you can do is buy a connector kit from a mototola place and connect it with your computer, then you will be able to see all the numbers on your phone, you will have to maybe manualy transfer the numbers but at least you will have the numbers
