How to I shut off the shutter noise on my Canon Rebel 2ti?

You can't. When you take a picture, the mirror flips up, the shutter blades open, the shutter blades close, and the mirror flips down. All of those are mechanical operations that produces some noise.

My laptop doesn't produce any sounds not untili close it halfway if i have the screen open totally no sounds. how do i fix that??

Well, it "sounds" like your speaker wires are either crimping or loose at a connection, you will need to remove the screen assembly to inspect further. Go here! http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/ins700m/en/SM/sysboard.htm#wp1084976

I have a HTC Droid Incredible and just replaced a cracked screen by purchasing a Screen with Digitizer from Ebay. Everything is working pretty good except when I try to touch the upper part of the screen...

Sounds like an issue with the digitizer your purchased. They can come with small manufacturer defects like this. You can get the part at HTC Incredible Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at HTC Repair Guide.

Okay....the sunrood will open but will not close. Do I need a new switch or part?

I have a 1992 4 runner that had the same problem. I had completely stripped out the manual close screw because friends kept opening it thinking it was the light switch.
There is a safety switch you have to push to make the sunroof open. Mine had broken inside and the plastic piece was keeping the close switch from completing the circuit. A relatively easy fix for an incredibly annoying problem.

LCD monitor produces excessive noise through

You may have bad filter capacitors in the power supply.
You need to open it up and inspect the inside, see some pictures here for guide: http://s807.photobucket.com/home/budm/allalbums

Maytag MFD2560HES - water flow restricted - noisy fridge

The flow of water is controlled by a solenoid. Thus magnetic -- rather electromagnet which mones the vale from open & close, both in the ice-maker & the water dispenser.
Thus the valve which is activated when door closes, must have lost its earlier condition and must be making an irritable buzz whenever its on. Simply get the Valve assembly replaced, preferably from their authorized service center closest to your place of residence.

No picture but sound red line going though the screen

I think that its either a problem with your power supply or an incredible screwed up convergence press menu if its incredibly red its probably a convergence problem. if thats the case get cheap laser eye surgery and stand really close to the tv till you can make out the first time setup menu convergence then either cancel or menu to reset it to factory defaults press the button several times for the right result

My laptop screen while opening producing some incredible noise. for this complaint  please  take  some immediate action . i will be very thankfull for your  consideration.

Since dismantling a laptop can void your warranty, the best thing to do is bring it back to where you purchased it and see if they can perhaps get the issue resolved. If they can't, the only thing you can do then is see if the manufacturer will fix the issue under warranty.
If you have no warranty left perhaps a computer repair shop can see what the problem is.

Switched from a g4 PowerPC to a g5 Intel Imac and now Mic has a lot of digital hiss

the Samson C01U picks up the noises running inside the computer, or laptop whichever you have. You can't change that. But if you want to get rid of it. I use Cool Edit Pro. There's this effect we have for Noise Reduction. I won't go further on unless you have this program, or something similar. But basically it takes out any unwanted static
