Question about Dell 962 Photo All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have purchased and replaced both black and color cartridges and I still get the same message on my menu window.
STEP 1: HIT BOTH BUTTONS ON THE RIGHT FRONT FOR 1 SECOND AND RELEASE ... STEP 2: PRESS MENU BUTTON UNTIL TEST MENU APPEARS IN WINDOW.
