Mic not working

We just bought a JVC XL-5000BK to record a Karaoke and Mic input. The CD (Music) sound come on the speakers but the Mic input does not.

We tried inputs as Line+Mic, Digital etc but all of those failed. Mic is working since we tested that with another unit. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your feedback. We tried that too and it did not work. That MIC works on another JVC XL karaoke system we have. Do you think that the mic has to be specific one for JVC XL-5000BK.

INCREASE THE VOLUME OF MIC INPUT- THATS ALL YOUR POURPOSE IS SOLVED
