Looks like you fried the chip a bit

you can get it repaired for free if the psp is within waranty
just look for the user manual that came with the PSP and in the back there should be a customer support number ..

pls rate

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have no clue

This isn't really a PSP error. This is most likely a notification error. I would recommend for you to hold down the off button till it turns off completely. Wait 10 seconds, then turn it back on. Everything should be fine.

If I helped, help me and rate me.

Thanks,

On my psp, everything seems fine except that when I put in a UMD disk to play a game, nothing happens! It's not the disk as this works on another psp. The problem started after I downloaded the latest...

turn on ur psp press the select button and then select reset device it will bring the default setting of your PSP
now chek if still UMD doesnot open then ur new firm ware is corrupt and try reinstaling the firmware from the sony website www.us.playstation.com/PSP/Downloads/systemupdate
update after u reset the device once

Memory stick duo won't read!

You probably need a new memory stick module inside the PSP. I have seen this many times in my store and we replaced the board and it worked fine. Contact your local game stores to see if they do console repairs. See if there is a Play-N-Trade within your area. I work at one and we do repairs. I'm not sure if Gamestop or Gamecrazy do repairs.

Psp

Gee I wonder why. Just take the battery out and let both the PSP and the battery dry out for a few days.
